Where are your apartments located?
All the Home and More apartments are located in the most central and strategic areas of the city of Rome, in particular in the Colosseum, Colle Oppio and Termini areas.

What are the services and equipment of the apartments?
Each apartment has different characteristics and services.
All have:
- Set of linen for each person (bed and bathroom)
- Consumables for the bathroom
- Kitchen equipped with oven and everything you need
- Shampoo and shower gel
- Wifi
- TV
- Microwave
- Cleaning products
- Hairdryer

What time are check in and check out?
Check-in is from 2.00 pm and before 9.00 pm while check-out must be done before 10.00 am.
If on the day of departure you want to make a last tour in the center, you can leave your luggage for free at our reception.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and debit cards
What are the cancellation terms?
The cancellation terms vary throughout the year based on the rate and offer. Please check them carefully when booking.
Do the apartments have internet connection?
Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free in each apartment.
Do you accept animals?
Yes and they are welcome!
Is it possible to cook in the apartments?
Of course, all of our apartments have fully equipped kitchens.

How much can I earn by renting my vacation home with HOMEANDMORE?
Your income depends on a variety of factors, including location, standards, and equipment inside and outside your vacation rental. The number of weeks your property is available is equally important for your rental income.
We will prepare a realistic budget based on your property and your wishes regarding the rental period. We can also advise you on how to make your vacation rental even more competitive in the rental market.
How long is your contract?
Compared to traditional rentals, the advantage of short-term rentals is being able to dispose of your apartment quickly, without having to wait for the multi-year deadlines of traditional rentals.
How and when will I get paid?
You will be paid by bank transfer directly into your current account. Payment will be made at the beginning of the month in which your guests will arrive. We will pay you the full rental cost even if the customer has not yet arrived, according to the terms and conditions.
Who looks after the guests?
Home and More will take care of receiving guests in the house and will have the rental agreement signed.
Does the apartment need to be furnished?
It would be better. If you need, we can provide you with a home stager (the person who helps homeowners to enhance a property and therefore to sell it at the best price). If, on the other hand, your architect has already done so or you have taste and are also particularly good or enjoy this type of activity, we will send you an inventory of the things that must not be missing in order to accommodate people from all over the planet.
Who takes care of the descriptions and photos of my vacation rental?
We handle every aspect of your vacation rental marketing in numerous languages on our website and with our many booking partners. We take care of photography and our copywriters create a slideshow that, together with high quality images, presents your vacation rental to travelers.
What happens when someone books my vacation rental?
You will be notified by email, SMS or both.
You will find the details of each individual booking on your personal owner page which can be consulted at any time.
How can I check the progress of reservations?
With the publication of the announcement of your apartment on the various portals and our sites, we will send you the credentials to access our management system and view the calendar of the occupation of your home. Access is valid both via the browser on your PC and from the app of your favorite device. You will be able to independently reserve the dates you want to use your home.
Can I keep personal items in my home if I decide to rent it?
Yes obviously! But you should preferably keep them closed in a reserved space or closet.
With our management we only earn if you earn too.
