Our property “Laterano 250” is located in Rome historic center, in the heart of Rione Celio. Spacious two rooms apartment on the first floor of a quiet residential condo, it can fit up to four guests and comes fully furnished and equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The charming living room has a sofa-bed and a dining area leading to the fully equipped kitchenette: It is complete with accessories, kitchenware and appliances: oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. We provide an electric kettle and a coffee machine with coffee pods for our guests. The bathroom has a shower and it’s equipped with hair dryer, towels and courtesy toiletries kit. The master bedroom has a wardrobe with wide storage space and ironing facilities.
LOCATION
At a short walking distance from the main touristic spots such as the Coliseum and the Roman Forum archeological area, our property “Laterano 250” is a great choice for your roman stay. The apartment is located in Celio neighborhood: The district, full of restaurants and clubs, has an armonious mix of tourists and locals; here there are important Roman archaeological remains and important churches, such as the San Clemente’s Basilica. Nearby are the Colle Oppio Park, which preserves the remains of Nero’s Domus Aurea, and the park of Villa Celimontana. A stone’s throw from our structure are also the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the San Giovanni district, full of clothing stores and excellent restaurants.
